Dr. Feng has led R&D of China Mobile on artificial intelligence and big data since September 2013. She had been the architect of IBM Big Data from January 2013.1 to August 2013 and a principal researcher at AT&T Labs Research from August 2001 to January 2013. Dr. Feng received her Ph.D. on Speech Recognition in 2001 from Chinese Academy of Sciences. She is an IEEE senior member, an IEEE speech and language committee member and IEEE industry committee member. She is a reviewer for major data mining, speech, and natural language international conferences and journals. She has chaired and organized multiple conferences in these fields. Rajesh Gadiyar is a Vice President in the Data Center Group (DCG) as well as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for the Network Platforms Group (NPG) at Intel. He leads the Architecture & Systems Engineering organization within the NPG. His focus is on the delivery of scalable and efficient architectures for next-generation communications platforms. He leads these efforts in order to accelerate Network Function Virtualization (NFV) including 5G infrastructure, Multi-Access Edge Cloud and AI in Networking. Gadiyar joined Intel in 2000, and has held several positions in engineering, professional services, strategic planning and architecture. Prior to joining Intel, he led various engineering teams at Trillium Digital Systems and Wipro Ltd. He represents Intel in standards committees such as the ATIS Technology and Operations (TOPS) council and the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA). He holds the position of the Technical Advisory Committee member for Linux Foundation Networking (LFN) and the Technical Steering Committee for Open Network Automation Platform (ONAP) initiative under the Linux Foundation. Haiyong Wang is a Senior Director at Alibaba Group. He leads the team that develops system software for Alibaba’s network infrastructure. A member of ONAP’s Technical Steering Committee (TSC) and the chair of ONAP’s Use-case Subcommittee, Alla Goldner also leads all ONAP activities and internal decision-making at Amdocs – a $3.7 billion revenue (2017), 25,000-employee company providing software and services to the world’s leading communications and media businesses. Her responsibilities include defining and implementing Amdocs’ ONAP strategy, working directly with ONAP members from service providers, vendors and partners, and playing a key role in Amdocs’ TSC. Her current focus is NFV and SDN network evolution, and in particular, the standardization and open-source domains. With over 20 years of experience in developing technology strategy and system architecture at global companies including Alcatel, Motorola, and Intel, she also has extensive experience in leading standardization efforts in 3GPP, IETF, ETSI NFV, BBF, ETSI and MEC – examples of standards she has created include TDF (Traffic Detection Function) into 3GPP Packet Core Architecture, Network Congestion handling into 3GPP architecture, and also traffic-steering architecture. A key member of the group-defined service-functional chaining in IETF, she is also a leading contributor of multiple work items in the areas of 5G, Policy Control and Charging, NFV, SDN, control-user plane split and congestion management. In his role Anders is responsible for defining and securing implementation of Network & Implementation Architecture across the Digital Services portfolio, defining Technology Strategy and development as well as Standardization and Open Source strategy and execution. Anders Rosengren joined Ericsson in 1989 and spent the first years of his career as a developer and project manager in ASIC & HW development. Mohamed Awad is the vice president of Marketing for the Infrastructure Line of business at Arm. Prior to joining Arm, Mohamed spent 10 years in various leadership roles at Broadcom including establishing the Mixed Signal Asic Products (MSAP) division and building Broadcom’s security and mobile payments business from the ground-up. Dan is Executive Director of the Cloud Native Computing Foundation, which sustains and integrates open source technologies like Kubernetes and Prometheus. He also helped create and launch the Linux Foundation's Core Infrastructure Initiative as an industry-wide response to the security vulnerabilities demonstrated by Heartbleed. He previously served as CTO of several startups, including Spreemo, a healthcare marketplace, and Shopbeam, a shoppable ads company. Earlier, he was a general partner at Skymoon Ventures, a seed-stage venture capital firm that created startups in semiconductors and telecom infrastructure. Dan helped manage a number of telecoms firms controlled by Craig McCaw and started his career as founder and CEO of NetMarket, one of the first Internet companies. In 1994, he led the development of the first music store on the web, conducting the first secure commercial transaction after building the first web shopping cart. Kevin Shatzkamer is currently Vice President, Enterprise and Service Provider Strategy and Solutions at Dell EMC with responsibility for strategy and solution at the intersection points of network infrastructure technologies, cloud, data anlaytics and AI, virtualization platforms, and software programmability. Mr. Shatzkamer's responsibility in these areas encompasses industry trend analysis, business strategy, and technical architecture and infrastructure evolution. Mr. Shatzkamer's ecosystem-wide, experience-centric approach to working with customers allows for the identification and exploitation of synergies between disparate organizations to derive new technology / business models for the industry, and to combine assets and technologies from the broader Dell Technologies into holistic outcome-based solutions. Mr. Shatzkamer joined Dell Technologies in 2016 after 2 years at Brocade, where he was CTO for Service Provider Networks, and 15 years at Cisco, where he served as Distinguished Systems Engineer for the US Service Provider market, working closely with mobile carriers, digital media providers, CDN providers, and cloud providers to deliver mobile solutions to customers. Mr. Shatzkamer holds 50+ patents related to all areas of work. Dan Pitt has been a leading voice of the SDNFV movement since its inception. He served as executive director of ONF from its public launch in March 2011 until September 2016 and since January 2017 has been senior vice president of MEF, driving technical and ecosystem development. He has relentlessly championed open networking to put more people to work building novel solutions for more customers of all types. He also advises private and public companies to commercialize new ideas and stay abreast of new capabilities. Prior to ONF he ran and advised startup companies, served as dean of engineering at Santa Clara University, held executive management roles at Nortel Networks and Bay Networks, developed and managed networking technology and HP and IBM, and taught computer science and electrical engineering at Duke and UNC.
